Microsoft allow Microsoft Store apps to be used on up to 5 Windows computers. The computers must be logged into the Microsoft account used to subscribe to PlayScore.
To use PlayScore on a 2nd PC just download the app on that computer free from Microsoft Store. As long as you are logged into the same Microsoft account the app will pick up your existing subscription.
