A PlayScore Professional subscription is like any other subscription in the Microsoft store.  Go here to learn about Microsoft app subscriptions.

To see the options, including prices choose PlayScore Professional from the activation screen or tap the Store button.  This is the only place you can find pricing information as because prices vary, depending on your region and currency.
